STEAM-EUSKADI: School visits to learn about the manufacturing process

We have already started to receive the annual visits from schools at IMH Campus, as participants in STEAM-SARE, within the framework of the programme coordinated by Innobasque.

Why?

The aim is to encourage technological vocations among young people in the Basque Country, especially girls.

How do we do it?

They will learn, through examples and exercises, the steps that have to be taken in industry to manufacture a machine or a product.

A series of Design, Manufacture and Assembly challenges have been prepared for the interactive activity.

Will they become advanced manufacturing professionals? We hope so😉
