IMH Vocational Training Explores Technological Innovations at MaqCenter and Iscar Ibérica

IMH Vocational Training has recently participated in two key events: MaqCenter and Iscar Ibérica. These activities are part of the teacher's training and technology watch, providing a unique opportunity to keep up to date in the sector.

During their visit to Iscar Ibérica, they were shown the design and manufacturing process of special tools, including inserts with specific shapes and innovative tool holders. The experience was an eye-opening one, showing the process behind these tools that are essential in modern machining.

At MaqCenter, the agenda was packed with technical talks. Crucial topics covered included digital solutions for manufacturing control (Tecnocim), process optimisation through presetting and measurement (Zoller), and innovations in measurement and quality control in machining processes presented by Renishaw. In addition, intelligent programming technologies through AI offered by MaqCenter were discussed, as well as the latest trends in cutting tools with Iscar (LOGIQUICK).

To carry out these tests, various Okuma machines were used, demonstrating the importance of cutting-edge technology in education and industry.
