Presentation of the IPP for Innovation Engineering students

🗣️ 📊 Here we see Olatz and Pablo, second year students of the Bachelor's Degree in Innovation Engineering, in the presentation they made in December of their Individual Training Plan (ITP).

📈 With the ITP they define their own three-year plan (2-3-4 years) to develop the competences that each student has identified in their profile as necessary to complete their professional development.

🤹🏽‍♀️En the individual oral presentation, in addition to practising their oral communication skills, each student manages to internalise their professional profile to be developed in the company during the training, and gets to know the different realities of their peers.
